Smoothie
A crisp, incredibly refreshing green splash designed to hydrate your body and brighten your skin.
If you need a morning wake-up call that feels like a crisp breeze, this is the one. Instead of relying on a creamy dairy base, we use pure water to let the refreshing, tart crunch of fresh apple and a zesty pop of lime shine through. A handful of spinach brings a vibrant green glow, while a touch of avocado keeps it beautifully smooth and satisfying without weighing you down.
Pour your water into the blender first, then pack the spinach and the 15g of peeled whole lime flesh right on top. Blend these on high for 30 seconds to dissolve the greens and citrus membranes completely.
Toss in your cubed apple and scooped avocado.
Blend on high for 60 seconds until the apple is completely pulverized and the mixture turns into a beautifully smooth, bright green thirst-quencher. Pour over ice if you like it extra frosty!
