Smoothie
A light, deeply refreshing blend of sweet strawberry, crisp apple, and smooth almond.
In this refreshing smoothie, we add a handful of strawberries to bring a beautiful blush color and an extra layer of summery sweetness. Blended with a light dairy base, this drink is incredibly refreshing, highly hydrating, and specifically tailored to support your skin's natural radiance.
Core your apple and cut it into small cubes (keep the skin on—that's where a lot of the best fiber and nutrients live!). Rinse and cap your strawberries.
Place the almonds at the very bottom of the blender cup. If you have a high-powered blender, it will pulverize them easily. (Chef's Tip: If your blender is on the weaker side, chop the almonds roughly first, or soak them in the water for 10 minutes beforehand).
Pile the apple cubes and strawberries over the almonds, then pour the milk and water over the top.
Blend on high for a solid 60 to 90 seconds. Because of the crisp apple structure and whole almonds, it needs an extra bit of time to reach peak silkiness. Pour it out, watch it glow, and sip away!
